Brief Description:
Tailcone bulkheads #1
Seperated the F-886 rudders stops, F-810C and F-811C angles and the F-812 angle control stop from the F-800 angle. Deburred and radiused.
F-812A-1 and F-812C-1 bulkheads were clecoed, final drilled and then the flanges straightened.
Also measured and drew the top of the W-409 after refering to numerous sites about the error with the 7/8 distance on the drawing.
Clamped the W-409 to the bulkhead assembly and used my drill cup to make sure the #30 keeper rivet holes were straight.
Deburred, primed and riveted. Also countersunk the #30 holes in the bulkhead for the W-409.
Measurements in place
After clamping a match drilling.
Primed and riveted.
